This is not a one-time project. It is a long-term, institutional partnership structured as a 5-year contract covering ongoing multi-phase roof replacement, preventative maintenance, and roof asset management across the speedway’s extensive facility footprint.
The Challenge
Texas Motor Speedway’s infrastructure spans grandstands, suites, pit lane facilities, and support structures across a massive footprint — each with distinct roofing systems, exposure profiles, and operational constraints. The venue hosts major events on a fixed calendar, which means roofing work must be sequenced around event windows and executed without disrupting operations.
The scope required a contractor with:
